Park Flyer HyperLOC 160

First build in years and the laser-cut fins and slotted airframe went together without any sanding drama. The polypropylene nosecone shrugged off a hard landing on the second flight. Exactly the cheap, tough kit I wanted for small field launches.

The laser-cut fins fit so snugly in the slotted airframe that I barely needed glue on the first build. Nose cone survived two hard landings on grass without a scratch.

The polypropylene nosecone survived a hard landing on asphalt with just a scuff, which says a lot for a kit this cheap. Fins went in square thanks to the slots, though the instructions could use a clearer diagram for the motor mount.
