I've built a few mid-power kits before, but the pre-slotted airframe on this one made alignment so much easier. The through-the-wall fins lock in solid, and the whole thing feels sturdier than my last build.

The through-the-wall fin construction made alignment way easier than the surface-mount kits I've glued up before, and the pre-slotted airframe saved me a ton of sanding time. Everything fit together square on the first dry run.

First mid-power build I've done where the fins actually locked in square without me fighting them — the pre-slotted airframe makes a huge difference. The kit feels sturdier than the price suggests, and the through-the-wall setup means I'm not babysitting fin fillets for a week.
