BSI Industries Epoxy in 5,15, and 30 minute cure times.  4.5 and 9 ounce sizes. 5min and 30min also available in 13oz.

    5-minute epoxy cures to a slightly flexible consistency. This lack of brittleness allows it to form a lasting bond in areas subjected to high vibration and stress.
    Work Time: 3 min. Sets In: 5 min. Can Be Handled: 15 min. Complete Cure: 1 hr.
    Notes: Quick setting, high strength

    15-minute epoxy is used in larger areas where more working time is needed. It is more water-resistant and can be used as a substitute for 5-minute epoxy in most applications. 15-minute epoxy is our most flexible epoxy and is ideal for gluing to fiberglass surfaces.
    Work Time: 7 min. Sets In: 15 min. Can Be Handled: 45 min. Complete Cure: 2 hrs.
    Notes: High strength, medium flexibility, medium set time

    30-minute epoxy is used in large areas where more work time is needed. This is our most flexible epoxy and is ideal for gluing to fiberglass surfaces.
    Work Time: 10 min. Sets In: 30 min. Can Be Handled: 2 hrs. Complete Cure: 8 hrs.
    Notes: Super high strength bond, water-resistant, maximum flexibility.

    Used the 5-minute stuff to reattach a chipped mug handle and it set up fast enough that I didn't have to sit there holding it. It dries a touch flexible, which actually worked in my favor since the handle gets knocked around. The 4.5 ounce bottle is plenty for small repairs like that.

    I grabbed the 5-minute in the 9 ounce size for a quick fix on a cracked cabinet hinge, and it set up solid in what felt like under five minutes. The slightly flexible cure means it didn't turn brittle when I bumped the door right after. Been reaching for it over my old two-part stuff ever since.

    The 30-minute version gives you plenty of working time before it sets up, which I appreciated for a repair job where I needed to reposition a couple pieces. Only downside is the 4.5 ounce bottle runs out fast if you're doing anything sizable, so I'd grab the bigger size next time.
