2.6" Patriot

Building my first mid-power rocket and the pre-slotted airframe saved me a ton of guesswork on fin placement. The decal set was a nice bonus too, way better looking than my usual plain finishes. Flew straight on the first launch, no wobble at all.

The through-the-wall fins made alignment way easier than the old glue-and-hope method I dealt with on my last build. Decals went on clean with no bubbles, and the whole thing came together in a weekend.

I haven't built a mid-power kit in years, but the through-the-wall fins on this one made assembly way less fiddly than the old glue-and-pray builds. The decal set is a nice bonus too, and it actually sticks without wrinkling.
