FS-2.26" Sandhawk 38mm

The fins slot into the 2.26" Sandhawk body tube with almost no sanding needed, which saved me a solid chunk of build time. They feel sturdy enough for a high power flight, and the set is exactly what the kit called for.

The plywood layers are cleanly cut with no splintering, which made sanding the edges quick work. I'm glad the root edge matched the body tube curve exactly, saving me from filling gaps.

The slots on these fins lined up perfectly with the centering rings, saving me a lot of sanding and fitting time. They're cut cleanly from quality plywood and have that nice aerodynamic taper. My Sandhawk build is really coming together now.
